X-Pay is a product of WELL TECH LLC. The marketplace state register entry refers to the Nonbor 2.0 platform of the same legal entity. The personal data registration certificate confirms the database is on record, including work with biometric data.
Presidential Decree UP-246 of 10 December 2025 banned cash in several categories and made a unified QR code mandatory in trade and services. If your business falls under the list, you must accept payment by card or through an electronic payment system.
The 25 million threshold does not apply to agricultural products. See the decree text for the exact list and exceptions.

Payment methods
The customer registers their face once in the app and links a card. After that they simply look at the camera — hands free, no queue.
The customer scans the merchant code and confirms in one tap. Print the code for the counter or show it on the terminal screen.
In-store orders plus utility and service bills, right at the counter. The corner shop becomes a payment point.
How a payment works
Registration is needed only once. After that the counter works with no card, no phone and no cash.
The customer installs the app, shows their face to the phone camera and links a Uzcard or Humo card. It takes under a minute.
The system matches the face against the stored sample and runs a liveness check — a photo, a video on a screen or a mask will not pass.
Funds are taken from the linked card. The fiscal receipt goes to the operator, and the cashier sees the status immediately.

No. Before the payment the platform runs a liveness check. A photo, a video on a phone screen and a mask do not pass it.
Card numbers are stored as tokens, never in the clear. The data channel is encrypted. Administrative access is granted by role and every action is logged.
